In house training

All of the courses we offer can be delivered in house either at your premises or a hired venue at times and on days to suit the needs of your organisation and staff.  One of the main advantages of in house training is that your policies and procedures can be incorporated into the day and specific issues facing the team can be addressed.

Qualifications

Impact offer a number of qualifications on the Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF). These include:

• The Level 2 and 3 Awards in Awareness of Dementia
• The Level 3 Certificate in Working in Community Mental Health Care
• The Level 2 and 3 Awards in Supporting Individuals who have a Learning Disability
• The Level 2 Award and Certificate in Team Leading
• The Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in First Line Management

Again we run the courses for your staff at your venue. We can start and finish at any time of the year - it's your choice.

Impact is approved by City & Guilds and by the Institute of Leadership and Management to deliver various qualifications.
