What does Impact do?

We provide high quality, jargon free training to the staff of health and social care organisations all over the UK.

In house training

Sometimes called "bespoke" or "tailored" training. Whatever the correct term, what it means is that we come to you and deliver the training to your staff, at your venue, at a time of your choosing.

These are normally sessions which last half a day, or one day, or two days.

Qualifications

Impact is approved by City & Guilds and by the Institute of Leadership and Management to deliver various qualifications. These include:

• The Level 2 and 3 Awards in Awareness of Dementia
• The Level 3 Certificate in Working in Community Mental Health Care
• The Level 2 and 3 Awards in Supporting Individuals who have a Learning Disability
• The Level 2 Award and Certificate in Team Leading
• The Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in First Line Management

Again we run the courses for your staff at your venue. We can start and finish at any time of the year - it's your choice.

Many of our qualifications are linked to the new Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).

Impact provides a range of e-learning solutions, all aimed at people who are interested in health and social care. You can buy licences direct from this website and start studying within a few minutes.
