Which areas of the country does Impact cover?

Everywhere!

We will come to your venue, wherever you are. Although our office is in Hertfordshire, we have trainers based all over the UK.

We have run training all over England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Getting it right for you

We liaise very thoroughly with you well before the training takes place. We want you to tell us exactly what the training should cover.

We ask you to tell us something about the potential participants (eg their job roles, level of experience etc) and we also ask you to send us any organisational policies or philosophies that may be relevant to the topic.

Handouts for the participants

All participants will receive a comprehensive set of handouts to accompany the training. These are attractively presented in an Impact folder so they can be kept well beyond the training for reference.

Your trainer will bring all these handouts to the training, therefore you will not be expected to do any preparation of this sort.

Certificates of attendance

All participants receive a certificate of attendance.

Evaluation forms

All participants are required to complete an evaluation form at the end of the training, so that they can say exactly what they thought of it. If you have your own forms we will use these, otherwise we will use our own forms. Either way we will send you copies of the forms so that you can judge whether the training was successful or not.

We review every evaluation form and we rigorously follow up any concerns that have been raised.
