Impact Training

Impact Health and Social Care Training has been an approved City and Guilds centre since 2000. We have delivered the old Learning Disability Awards Framework ("LDAF") since it was introduced in 2001, and then the Learning Disabilities Qualification ("LDQ") since that was introduced in 2007.

Between 2001 and 2010 over 600 learning disabilities workers have completed either the LDAF or the LDQ through Impact.

The LDQ was abolished at the end of December 2010. It has now been replaced by:

• The Level 2 Award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities
• The Level 3 Award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities
