Shelley Wills, Managing Director


After leaving school Shelley worked in the hotel, catering and travel industries in the Middle East. On returning to the UK Shelley moved into residential child care and then adult mental health in the Luton area. She set up Impact in 1998 and is now responsible for all aspects  of the business including developing new initiatives, marketing, publicity, customer relations and human resources.  

Marilyn Mildwater, Finance Controller


Marilyn was employed by the HSBC in Harpenden for many years, working in various roles from first cashier to standing order control.  After having her children during the 1980's, she completed a refresher course in IT at Barnfield College in Luton, whilst also doing temp work in administration.  In the early 90's, she was offered a position working for a local Independent Financial Advisor in Redbourn, which involved secretarial work & completion of financial reports.   Following on from a chance meeting with Shelley & David the Impact directors, she was offered the role of administrator.  As Impact grew there was a need for a Financial Controller and Marilyn took up this position in 2005.  She is responsible for all aspects of invoicing, bill payment & payroll.

 

Kathy Ameneyro, Administrator

Kathy has had a varied administrative career over the past 35 years beginning as a junior secretary in an independent practice of Chartered Surveyor's in St Albans, a Secretary PA in a major British Publishing House, and for eleven years Office Manager for a Brand Leader in the food industry. For seven years before joining Impact Kathy worked for a local authority as an Office Manager and spent one year in the scientific/pharmaceutical industry. Kathy joined Impact in May 2009 and is enjoying working with the team as an Administrator booking In-House training, assisting the Business Development Director with tenders and is responsible for Health & Safety in the office. 


Debby Clark, Administrator


Debby is the newest member of the Impact team and has predominantly worked in events management and corporate hospitality as well as marketing.

She has recently joined the administration team and looks forward to her new role in the field of training in the friendly environment of a local business with national coverage.
