Impact has had an exciting 12 months winning a large number of new contracts with local authorities, gaining ISO9000 status and doubling our administration team  as well as welcoming a number of new associate trainers to the team.

In March 2010 we received scheme approval from ILM to deliver new management Awards, Certificates & Diplomas in First Line Management and Team Leading.  We have subsequently won a contract to pilot the Level 3 Award in First Line Management for Devon Care.

In the first six months of 2010 we have won a number of contracts through competitive tender including:

  • Team Away Days and Events for Hertfordshire Adult Care Services.
  • Mental Capacity Act & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards for Hampshire County Council delivering training and seminars throughout the county.
  • Mental Health Awareness training for The Shaw Trust and will be running courses throughout the United Kingdom for new and experienced workers.
