Impact has had an exciting 12 months winning a large number of new contracts with local authorities, gaining ISO9000 status and doubling our administration team as well as welcoming a number of new associate trainers to the team.
In March 2010 we received scheme approval from ILM to deliver new management Awards, Certificates & Diplomas in First Line Management and Team Leading. We have subsequently won a contract to pilot the Level 3 Award in First Line Management for Devon Care.
In the first six months of 2010 we have won a number of contracts through competitive tender including:

Team Away Days and Events for Hertfordshire Adult Care Services.

Mental Capacity Act & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards for Hampshire County Council delivering training and seminars throughout the county.

Mental Health Awareness training for The Shaw Trust and will be running courses throughout the United Kingdom for new and experienced workers.

Personalisation workshops for Devon County Council
