Awarding Bodies

Impact is approved by City & Guilds and by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) to run a variety of qualifications.

City & Guilds and the ILM are "Awarding Bodies", and they operate stringent quality assurance procedures. Impact is regularly inspected by the Awarding Bodies to ensure that we deliver the very highest level of service.

Only approved organisations are permitted to display the logos of City & Guilds and the ILM on their stationary, publicity materials, website etc.

Impact's Centre Approval numbers are as follows:

• Institute of Leadership and Management - R27982

This also means that if you are unhappy with the way that Impact runs any of its qualifications then you can complain directly to City & Guilds or to the ILM (or of course you can tell us!)
