We try our best to offer an excellent service. If you are unhappy with anything that we do please tell us and we will endeavour to put it right very quickly.

We accept payment in GB pounds only.

Publications ordered from this website will be despatched by post within five working days.

If you book a place on one of our public training courses then you should receive written confirmation of your place either in the post or via email within 5 working days.

We can normally only deliver to the United Kingdom addresses
